Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher, graduating in 2023 or 2024, preferably in finance, law, digital marketing, supply chain, statistics, or a related discipline. Proficiency in English and Chinese reading and writing is required, with Cantonese speaking skills preferred. A strong sense of service and the ability to understand customer application scenarios, along with data processing capabilities, are essential.
The Commercial Trainee will engage in customer success activities and participate in all customer-centered service initiatives. They will take part in product-related projects, including design, development, and optimization. The role involves implementing data delivery projects by collaborating with sales, customer service, operations, and delivery teams to provide high-quality services and achieve project objectives, reflecting the value of the Dun & Bradstreet brand. Additionally, they will support and implement the company's innovation projects, which include demand collection, demand analysis, and solution formulation.
