Responsibilities

As a Selector, the primary responsibilities include properly and efficiently picking damage-free product to build pallets neatly and accurately according to customer specifications, verifying product against pick tickets and case labels, maintaining required productivity and accuracy levels, checking pallet condition and exchanging damaged pallets, reporting damage and inventory discrepancies, assisting with pallet wrapping and stacking, safely operating Material Handling Equipment, maintaining food safety and housekeeping standards, and ensuring regular attendance. Other duties as assigned will also be performed.
