  • Familiarity with RF test instruments, including Spectrum Analyzers, SG, and network analyzer

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing infrastructure and scripts to validate cellular base stations, ensuring compliance with functional and performance requirements
  • Support and enhance test management tools and continuous integration (CI) processes to streamline validation workflows
  • Maintain and improve database management and analytical tools used for test result tracking and performance analysis
  • Lead the creation and ownership of comprehensive system test plans in close collaboration with automation and QA teams
  • Investigate root causes of test failures and work with development teams to define and implement corrective actions
  • Work closely with design, development, and quality teams to address testing requirements and provide insights for improvement
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members
