This role focuses on the planning and execution of promotional campaigns within PayPay’s existing services and channels. The ideal candidate will contribute to expanding PayPay’s user base and driving engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. The team is responsible for leveraging various promotional channels like in-app banners, push notifications, and email campaigns to reach a wide audience.

Requirements

  • Experience: Experience in user-facing (toC) owned promotion for web/app services.
  • Creative Direction: Experience in directing banners, text ads, and landing pages.
  • Marketing Automation (MA) Tools: Proficiency in utilizing MA tools for owned distribution.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills for conveying marketing strategies.
  • SQL Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and implement promotional strategies for various initiatives and services.
  • Creative Direction: Oversee the creative production for owned channels (banners, text ads, landing pages).
  • Landing Page Optimization: Contribute to the revision and improvement of landing pages based on campaign goals.
  • Testing & Analysis: Design, execute, and analyze tests to optimize promotional performance.
  • New Approaches: Explore and propose innovative approaches to owned promotion.
  • Guideline Development: Create and update guidelines, workflows, and rules for owned marketing.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing objectives.
