Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in game promotion or publishing, familiar with PC or mobile game markets (overseas publishing experience preferred)
  • Passionate about games, especially PvP or competitive games (experience with FPS, sports, or related games preferred)
  • Excellent creative event planning skills (successful market activities or creative project implementations preferred)
  • Familiar with cultural differences and promotion rhythms in major overseas markets (Europe & America, Latin America, Southeast Asia)
  • Excellent Chinese and English communication skills (English can be the working language; multilingual abilities preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with global market promotion support for overseas live products (excluding UA), and formulate integrated marketing strategies
  • Build and expand overseas KOL/influencer promotion systems, plan implementation plans, and execute them
  • Assist in formulating content strategies for communities and social media, and manage daily operations
  • Dock overseas IP collaborations or linkage projects, and promote the implementation of collaboration plans
  • Deeply participate in product-level communication, propose product optimization suggestions from a publishing perspective, and coordinate their integration and implementation
  • Follow up on market data feedback, continuously optimize promotion strategies, and improve overall marketing conversion effects
