Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 6 years of product management experience, with a domain knowledge of crypto payments being a significant advantage. They should demonstrate a data-informed work style combined with a compassionate understanding of user needs, a passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences, and experience shipping and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale. Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and the ability to produce results are also required, along with strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, working closely with teams to deliver first-class features. They will define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner. Additionally, they will conduct customer interviews to build empathy, prioritize initiatives and projects, perform market research and analysis, represent the team in cross-functional communication, and manage specific features within a product line.
