Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will guide, mentor, and support a team of engineers, own product and value delivery in collaboration with the Product Manager, work with leadership to define goals and priorities, break down roadblocks, create a culture of continuous improvement, drive quality accountability, and contribute to the overall HiveMQ platform strategy. You will also be responsible for shaping the vision and building a high-performing team for HiveMQ Edge, a software-based Edge MQTT Gateway that bridges the gap between OT and IT.
