This role involves conducting thorough research into the target markets, collaborating with internal resources to define competitive intelligence needs, leading research and providing actionable recommendations, developing market research and scenario analysis, integrating data to support strategic decisions, collaborating with various teams, conducting customer interviews, and identifying business opportunities for organic growth. The individual will also deliver competitive intelligence content, facilitate knowledge sharing, manage competitive information, and offer guidance to sales and marketing teams to support value propositions and differentiated offerings.
