Responsibilities

The Cross-Border Logistics Sales Manager will expand the market by accurately conveying the company's logistics product solutions and service information. They will develop B2C logistics clients for cross-border e-commerce between China and Southeast Asia, including freight forwarders, consolidation sellers, and overseas brands. Maintaining and managing existing client relationships, updating client information, and promoting stable and increased cargo volume are key tasks. They will collect market information and customer needs, providing effective feedback to the product team to facilitate new product development and service improvements. The manager will offer targeted logistics solutions based on the client's business stage, driving the sales process and enhancing sales performance. Close collaboration with internal and external teams is essential to manage the entire logistics process for clients, address their needs and expectations, resolve issues, and promote in-depth cooperation in logistics business. They will also be responsible for meeting personal and team sales targets.
