Responsibilities
Promote and sell Comcast products and services (video, high-speed Internet, voice, XFINITY Home) to individual single-family units and multiple dwelling units through property management relationships
Knock on every door within assigned territory to maximize sales
Communicate effectively and develop rapport with customers; evaluate needs and make recommendations
Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing, and competitive advantages; evaluate and respond to competitive offers
Create and execute turf management plans independently using experience-based sales techniques
Meet and exceed sales goals established by local market
Independently establish and organize daily sales activities
Generate business through established and approved lead generation methods
Implement effective sales closing techniques to achieve product installation goals
Demonstrate confidence in selling ability and operate independently
