Bilingual Spanish required
Strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services
Ability to carry and lift up to 25 pound boxes
Ability to stand and move about the store constantly
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

Supports the store team to deliver a best in class customer experience
Provides great support to customers and the store team while striving for improvement
Maintains accurate inventory, clean stores, tight back of house spaces
Scans the sales floor to ensure counters, devices, accessories and walkways are accessible, clean and functioning; reports exceptions to leadership
Greets customers during busiest moments, connects them to a sales consultant timely, demonstrates company technology to new customers
Checks and inspects the back of the store for clean, secure and appropriately placed inventory; assists with receiving and stocking inventory
Conducts the weekly cycle count process and looks for opportunities to improve the store count process
Knows current processes and procedures and suggests improvements that enhance the customer and/or store experience
Adjusts and adapts to store management priorities and direction, demonstrating professionalism and integrity
Understands and applies Operating Principles; owns the customer experience; knows products and services; wins as a team; participates in Net Promoter System; drives results and growth; supports inclusion; does what's right
