Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably within a technology or workplace solutions environment. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of enterprise technology and digital transformation. Experience with workplace technologies such as Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and CoPilot is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Workplace Technology Product Owner, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing modern solutions and processes to improve user experience with Blackstone’s messaging and compliance products. You will drive strategy and manage the implementation of global initiatives, including architecture modernization, performance optimization, and user training & adoption. Furthermore, you will interface with Legal & Compliance teams to ensure product compliance and act as a bridge translating stakeholder needs to engineering and as a technical subject matter specialist to partnering teams, representing Blackstone’s business and technical needs through vendor relationship management.
