Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in a travel or assistant-related role (previous experience with travel administration is an advantage)
Reliable, courteous and flexible team player with a great customer service attitude
Able to multitask and prioritise varying, sometimes competing requests
Organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently, making decisions quickly and taking initiative to close the loop on outstanding issues
Can work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings and evening hours
Experienced with G Suite, Word and Excel
Previous work with Jira is an advantage
Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

Booking travel for recruiters to attend campus recruiting events across Asia (flights, hotels, car bookings)
Booking travel for candidates to attend onsite events, interviews and internships (flights, hotels, car bookings)
Processing candidate travel expenses
Managing all travel communications
Overseeing the entire booking process, ensuring compliance with travel guidelines and offering suggestions or alternatives as needed
Maintaining the travel intranet site, vendor portals and in-house database
Managing the couriering for campus-related materials for recruiting events across Asia
Serving as the primary point of contact for travel-related issues for Jane Street candidates and the Hong Kong Recruiting team
