Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workplace operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and inventory management of office supplies
  • Ensure all office equipment is in good working order and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
  • Manage access control systems and ensure a secure working environment
  • Liaise with building management and external service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and security services
  • Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify and address any operational issues or areas for improvement
  • Coordinate office moves, reconfigurations, and space planning to optimize efficiency
  • Manage administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and record keeping related to workplace operations
  • Assist with budget tracking for operational expenses
  • Support new employee onboarding by ensuring their workspace and necessary resources are prepared
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices to maintain a safe workplace
  • Coordinate emergency procedures and drills, and act as a point of contact for health and safety matters
