Requirements

Ability to work onsite at customer locations in Raynham, Danvers & Woburn, MA, specifically Wednesdays & Thursdays 9:30am-5:00pm (part-time)
Expertise in mental health consultation, including solution-focused support, assessment, referral, critical incident response, and trainings
Strong relationship-building skills with leaders, HR, program managers, and supervisors
Knowledge of workplace and organizational issues, employee wellbeing, and benefit ecosystems
Ability to develop and execute local action plans, track data for insights, and recommend interventions
Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, ethical standards, and Spring Health policies
Willingness to complete internal training, assignments, and attend Clinical Team meetings

Responsibilities

Provide consultation and support to managers, people teams, and employees to enhance wellbeing and workplace effectiveness onsite
Offer solution-focused employee mental health consultation and connect to appropriate resources
Proactively develop trusting relationships with leaders and HR points of contact and execute local action plans for Raynham, Danvers & Woburn, MA
Coordinate and deliver critical incident response
Conduct company-tailored trainings and Spring Health benefit promotion events
Develop expert understanding of customer benefit ecosystem and provide appropriate referrals
Complete required internal training, assignments, and attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings
Follow Spring Health policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
Track and monitor data to identify workplace wellbeing insights, recommend interventions, and collaborate with customer contacts for support
