Requirements

Expertise in mental health consultation, assessment, referral, and critical incident response
Ability to work part-time onsite in Jacksonville, FL, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9:00am-5:00pm
Strong relationship-building skills with leaders, HR, and points of contact
Knowledge of workplace and organizational issues, with ability to provide consultations to managers, HR, and supervisors
Capability to develop and execute a local action plan
Understanding of customer benefit ecosystems and support programs for appropriate referrals
Completion of required internal training and assignments
Attendance at Spring Health Clinical Team meetings
Adherence to Spring Health policies, confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
Ability to track data, identify wellbeing insights, recommend interventions, assess risks, and collaborate with contacts

Responsibilities

Provide consultation and support to managers, people teams, and employees to enhance wellbeing and workplace effectiveness onsite
Offer solution-focused employee mental health consultation and connect to appropriate resources
Proactively develop trusting relationships with leaders and HR points of contact and execute a local action plan for Jacksonville, FL
Coordinate and deliver critical incident response
Conduct company-tailored trainings and Spring Health benefit promotion events
Develop expert-level understanding of the customer benefit ecosystem and provide appropriate referrals
Complete required internal training and assignments and attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings
Follow Spring Health policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
Track and monitor data to identify strategic workplace wellbeing insights, recommend targeted interventions, and collaborate with customer points of contact
Assess for risk and manage member and organizational support
