Requirements

Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX, Tue & Thu 8:00am-4:30pm (part-time)
Expertise in providing management consultations, trainings, critical incident response, assessment, and referral mental health support
Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships with leaders and HR points of contact
Knowledge of customer benefit ecosystems and support programs for appropriate referrals
Completion of required internal training and assignments
Attendance at Spring Health Clinical Team meetings
Adherence to Spring Health policies, confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
Ability to track and monitor data, identify workplace wellbeing insights, recommend interventions, assess risk, and manage member/organizational needs

Responsibilities

Provide consultation and support to managers, people teams, and members to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness onsite
Offer solution-focused employee mental health consultation and connect to appropriate resources
Proactively develop relationships with leaders and HR POCs and execute a local action plan for Irving, TX
Coordinate and deliver critical incident response
Conduct company-tailored trainings and Spring Health benefit promotion events
Develop expert-level understanding of the customer benefit ecosystem and available support programs for referrals
Provide consultation to HR, program managers, and supervisors on workplace and organizational issues
Track and monitor data to identify strategic workplace wellbeing insights, recommend targeted interventions, and collaborate with customer points of contact
