Responsibilities

Create an amazing daily experience for NYC WRITER colleagues and their guests
Manage inventory to ensure the office is well equipped with snacks, beverages, supplies
Maintain NYC office budget and ensure financial stewardship and high ROI for spend
Organize and support internal and external company events and meetings, including new hire onboarding program and weekly global All Hands
Own space and capacity planning and continually enhance office layout and seating plan
Manage mail, shipping & receiving, and other office logistics
Work with property management and vendors for various services, repair, and other support
Create office policies and processes to drive efficiency and better employee experiences
