Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in workforce planning, with a strong preference for experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment. Demonstrated expertise in workforce management systems, particularly Kronos (UKG), is essential, along with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The Workforce Planning Manager will be responsible for ensuring optimal staffing levels, managing real-time operations, and supporting strategic workforce planning by analyzing forecast data, calculating headcount needs, and recommending adjustments. They will also calculate UPLH productivity targets, collaborate with leadership and stakeholders, serve as the site contact for staffing-impacting issues, develop and modify Kronos queries, oversee shift bids, manage special projects, lead contractor-to-Asurion conversion processes, and provide monthly KPIs and production volume reports to finance. Additionally, the role involves facilitating monthly planning forecast meetings, coordinating worker reassignments, and delivering daily headcount order status updates to operations leadership.
