Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Valid Driver license
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Previous grain operations experience preferred
  • Minimal job-related experience
  • Ability to stand/sit for an extended period of time
  • Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 100 feet
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures, including dust, fumes, moderate noise, and uneven surfaces

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspection activities such as weighing trucks, gathering product samples, product testing, and evaluating product quality
  • Operate grain handling and receiving equipment
  • Provide customer service to delivery drivers and perform data entry of delivery details
  • Monitor equipment and processes to identify issues; resolve or escalate issues as necessary
  • Operate various types of mobile equipment
  • Perform general housekeeping activities
  • Complete all responsibilities in compliance with safety protocols, policies, and procedures
