Responsibilities

Serve as a Workday expert in design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities, recommending optimal solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe. Engage and support clients through all project phases, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Workday HCM. Identify strategies, risks, and options for post-production clients, coordinating development with client design decisions and providing regular status updates. Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge to grow the practice.
