The Workday HCM Consultant will serve as a Workday expert in design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities, recommending optimal solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe. They will engage and support clients through all project phases, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Workday HCM. Responsibilities include performing multiple tasks under limited direction, identifying strategies and risks for post-production clients, coordinating development with client design decisions, providing regular status updates, and mentoring other consultants while actively sharing product knowledge.
