Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 1 year of Workday HCM functional implementation experience. A Workday HCM certification is highly desired, along with proven experience in gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing solutions under deadlines. Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills are essential, as is advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
The Workday HCM Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, guiding clients through Workday implementation phases. Responsibilities include becoming a Workday HCM product expert, recommending solutions based on client requirements, tracking issues and risks, and facilitating design sessions. The consultant will also support clients through all project phases, manage data loading, configure business processes and security, mentor other consultants, and participate in training and knowledge sharing.
