Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials in a functional or technical capacity is required, along with over 2 years of experience with Workday Prism and/or Accounting Center. Strong understanding of financial processes including General Ledger, Assets, Banking, and Procurement, along with solid experience supporting and troubleshooting financial systems and integrations, is necessary. Proficiency in building Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, and familiarity with Workday security configuration and controls are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Workday Financial Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Financials modules, supporting business users with daily production issues and closing activities. Responsibilities include designing and testing new features, developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards, and partnering with teams to translate business requirements into system solutions. The role also involves managing and optimizing Workday Financials security roles, supporting release management, assisting with system integration monitoring, maintaining system documentation, providing end-user training, and participating in finance technology roadmap initiatives and vendor management processes.
