Requirements

  • Workday Partner Certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of Workday Payroll implementation experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in a Senior Consultant or similar role
  • Extensive experience with Workday AMS and broader payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Oracle)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • English proficiency (required for multi-national teams)

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the payroll workstream in Workday implementation projects
  • Design and deploy Workday Payroll solutions, ensuring cross-functional alignment
  • Manage Workday Payroll configurations, updates, and migrations to production
  • Provide support for payroll processes, including post-payroll activities (e.g., posting, bank transfers, paychecks)
  • Address legal, regulatory, and year-end reporting requirements in Workday
  • Research and resolve Workday Payroll issues and support new client requirements
  • Manage small onshore and offshore functional teams
  • Advise clients on industry standards, leading practices, and innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate design options through prototyping and apply Workday/Accenture methodologies
  • Provide project status updates to the Project Manager and manage client relationships
