Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required for both SP20-002 and SP20-003)
  • For SP20-002: 9 months of post-high school experience in utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment
  • For SP20-003: 3 years of post-high school experience in utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment or equivalent (normally obtained by progression through Work Scheduling Rep Assoc classification)
  • Organizational and analytic/problem-solving skills
  • Prioritization skills
  • Customer focus and teamwork
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers and computer programs (SP20-003)
  • Must be available for overtime when needed (both levels); call-out overtime and shift work as required (SP20-003)
  • Occasional travel may be required (both levels); travel expected 10-25% of the time (SP20-003)
  • Must reside within 25 miles of onsite work location (SP20-003)

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties in the work scheduling process, including assigning jobs to line servicer personnel using management system applications
  • Develop schedules for line servicer and technician appointments
  • Communicate with customers and direct inquiries
  • Support adherence to standard work scheduling policies and procedures
  • Assist with outage management as needed
  • Provide administrative support as needed

The base salary range is $38,110 - $47,635 for SP20-002 and $44,708 - $55,885 for SP20-003.
