The position is based at the Phadia GmbH site in Freiburg, Germany.
Responsibilities include managing the production process for liquid reagents and deputy for EliA well solid phases, creating QC processes and specifications, handling products in OPLM software, representing site interests in external committees like CLSI, and contributing to complaints, non-conformities, CAPAs, risk management, product developments, and registrations.
Joy in working in an interdisciplinary team, decisiveness and assertiveness, a high degree of self-responsibility, and travel willingness (about 10%) are essential. Negotiation-level proficiency in English and German is required.
It is a full-time position with a standard Monday-Friday schedule in an office environment.
