The position is based at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in West Los Angeles, CA, and is on a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week expected on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
A Master's degree (MS) is required.
Responsibilities include system design and requirement specification, algorithmic development, simulation, implementation and testing, system performance simulation, fixed point modeling, FPGA support, leading multi-disciplinary teams, lab and field testing, and technical documentation.

Strong candidates will have an MS degree and experience participating in all phases of wireless technology projects including planning, design, implementation, prototyping, verification, and validation, with skills in system design, algorithmic development, simulations, and leading engineering teams.
