Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Windows server environments
In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2016, 2019, 2022)
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or equivalent are highly desirable
Preferred: Experience with Office 365 and cloud services (Azure, AWS)
Preferred: Knowledge of network security practices and tools
Preferred: Experience in backup and disaster recovery planning

Responsibilities

Design, install, configure, and maintain Windows server environments
Manage and support Active Directory, Group Policies, and other Windows-based services
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability
Implement security measures to protect Windows systems from vulnerabilities
Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and other IT staff
Develop and maintain documentation for systems and procedures
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users for Windows-related issues
Participate in the planning and execution of software and hardware upgrades
Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripting and other tools
