  • Enrolled in studies in BWL with a focus on project management, engineering sciences with a specialization in electrical or building technology, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a related field in energy and environmental technology
  • Structured, independent, and adaptable working style
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form

Responsibilities

  • Support the facility team in improving processes and projects related to the management and maintenance of a medical technology production site with multiple buildings
  • Update building plans
  • Ensure gapless documentation of technical building systems
  • Contribute to projects including concept development for achieving CO2 neutrality and increasing energy efficiency at the manufacturing site (e.g., accompany PV system installation from planning to commissioning, create requirements lists for supplier selection)
  • Conduct independent research on energy-saving potentials at the site (e.g., evaluate meter data, improve data quality by expanding measurement technology)
  • Assist the facility team in developing a concept for the installation and integration of a Building Management System
