• Phone Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, providing friendly and competent assistance.
• Written Communication: Process incoming emails and postal mail, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate information.
• B2B and B2C Support: Assist both business clients and end consumers with their inquiries, contributing to high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student.
• Availability for at least one semester, working 20 hours per week.
• Previous customer service experience (digital or retail).
• Enjoyment of phone interactions and the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic technical understanding.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn new topics.
• Native-level German language proficiency.
