Job Opportunity: Independently Licensed Clinician (Telehealth - Colorado)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is actively seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions to clients in Colorado. This role focuses on evening and weekend availability. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state of Colorado to practice.

Compensation

  • Type: Fee for Service (W2)
  • Range: Up to $25,000
  • Components: Total compensation includes a Flat Rate and two bonus opportunities. Ranges are dependent on completed session volume and licensure.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Colorado:
    • LCSW
    • LMFT
    • LPC
    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Experience: Must have experience in diagnosing.
  • Availability: Willingness to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
  • Clientele: Behavioral Health Generalists – open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
  • Growth Potential: Candidates interested in future leadership or supervisory roles are encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth counseling sessions to clients in Colorado.
  • Diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
  • Conduct a minimum of 10 client sessions per week.
  • Potentially work with couples and/or children.
