Telehealth Clinician - Pennsylvania (Part-Time, Evenings/Weekends)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends within Pennsylvania. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in Pennsylvania.

Compensation

• Type: Fee for Service (W2)
• Range: Up to $24,500
• Components: Flat Rate, plus two bonus opportunities. Ranges vary based on completed session volume and licensure.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Pennsylvania:
  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
  • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Experience: Experience in Diagnosing is required.
• Commitment: Willingness to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
• Specialization: Behavioral Health Generalists – open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Aspiration: Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisory positions are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients in Pennsylvania.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments.
• Offer evening and weekend availability.
