Requirements

Candidates must possess an active Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license. Experience or certification in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, or MI is required. The ideal candidate should be confident working in virtual settings, comfortable with concurrent documentation, and possess strong communication skills for building patient relationships. Bonus points are awarded for holding an active LCSW license in New Jersey or having experience with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or co-occurring substance use.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide initial diagnostic assessments and treatment recommendations for a diverse patient population entirely via telehealth. They will create personalized, goal-driven treatment plans and deliver therapy, documenting in real time using user-friendly EHR tools. The role also involves participating in ongoing collaboration with the clinical team and being available and engaged during scheduled hours, with no on-call requirements.
