NeuroFlow Job Opportunity: Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Who We Are

NeuroFlow was founded by CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro, who served in the army for five years, including a tour in Iraq. Upon returning home, he identified significant gaps in the behavioral health system, recognizing the numerous barriers veterans and civilians face in accessing appropriate and timely care. While pursuing his MBA at Wharton, Chris met co-founder Adam Pardes. They realized that even the most engaging digital mental health apps alone wouldn't solve the problem; only a solution that systematically integrated behavioral health into the entire healthcare ecosystem could create meaningful change. This realization led to the creation of NeuroFlow.

What We Do

NeuroFlow partners with healthcare leaders to drive better outcomes, lower the total cost of care, and make behavioral health risk more predictable and transparent. Our mission is to ensure that no one needing behavioral health support falls through the cracks. We develop platforms that go beyond self-care tools to:

  • Identify population behavioral health risks early.
  • Engage individuals with acuity-specific resources.
  • Enable care teams to make smarter and more efficient decisions.

Our solutions equip healthcare organizations with the insights needed to overcome systemic challenges in the current healthcare ecosystem.

How We Do It

NeuroFlow fosters an award-winning culture built on encouragement and a drive for excellence. Our core values are integral to our operations, and each team member is responsible for upholding them and holding each other accountable. We thrive on flexibility and agility, transforming an industry where "no" or "can't" is often the default. NeuroFlow offers unique opportunities to work in a fun, challenging, fast-paced environment with a direct, meaningful impact on closing the divide between mental and physical health.
