Responsibilities

Lead Product Analytics & Feedback Suite: Own and manage the analytics ecosystem for Reaxys and GenAI-powered chemistry products; Design and maintain KPIs that measure user engagement, retention, and adoption; Collaborate with product and data teams to operationalize dashboards and track performance
Deliver Strategic Insights: Provide clear, data-driven insights into customer behavior, usage patterns, and product impact; Support A/B testing and experimentation to validate features and messaging; Identify friction points and improvement opportunities in the user journey
Support Product Lifecycle & Go-to-Market Execution: Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, closure, and handover; Ensure alignment with central strategy and roadmaps; Maintain open communication across product, technology, sales, marketing, and business partners
Voice of Customer & ROI Evidence: Partner with UX, customer success, and sales to collect and structure voice-of-customer feedback; Translate qualitative insights into quantitative impact metrics and ROI indicators; Document proof points from early adopters and beta users
Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Create accessible visualizations and reports for internal stakeholders; Contribute to internal forums and business reviews with performance highlights and trends
