Requirements
- Proven experience with content management systems (preferably WordPress)
- Understanding of best practices for SEO, GEO, and CRO, along with expertise using tools to measure website engagement and performance (e.g., Google Analytics 4)
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic design skills with familiarity in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
Responsibilities
- Assist in optimizing website content for conversion rate optimization (CRO), search engine optimization (SEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO)
- Develop and execute BlueCat’s generative engine optimization strategy, partnering with internal and external consultants to ensure BlueCat’s brand and content appear prominently in generative AI search results
- Manage and update website content using WordPress, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and optimized for user experience
- Serve as the primary webmaster, implementing design changes and troubleshooting issues as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing and communications
- Coordinate translation work for the website, ensuring that all content is available in the key languages and maintains consistent messaging across all platforms
- Oversee project management tasks related to content creation and distribution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with team members to create compelling content for social media platforms, aligning with brand messaging and audience engagement strategies
- Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing regular reports to the team
- Drive our integrated digital communications strategy and placement of BlueCat Intelligent NetOps content on third-party sites (e.g., LinkedIn, website affiliates, etc.)
- Manage our overall website localization strategy and translation initiatives so that our digital communications platforms are appealing to current and potential customers globally
