Responsibilities

  • Serves as trusted advisor and team coordinator to simplify complexity for Private Bank clients and help achieve wealth goals
  • Creates teams of credentialed specialists for wealth planning, investments, private banking, risk management, and trust services
  • Ensures delivery and execution of Private Bank experience and client service standards
  • Develops and prospects internal/external centers of influence to build pipeline of new client opportunities
  • Identifies opportunities for AUM, Loans, Deposits, Estate Planning, and Wealth Planning using Life360 process
  • Acts as Core Team Member for One Bank to identify opportunities with new/existing customers
  • Monitors and evaluates client needs to expand and deepen household relationships
  • Manages execution of client service standards to develop/retain lasting relationships
  • Institutes habits for team coordination in delivering Private Bank experience standards
  • Collaborates with customized team of specialists for high-quality client service
  • Ensures service standards/metrics met based on needs, segmentation, asset allocation, and risk management
  • Identifies/refers opportunities for advanced planning solutions
  • Coordinates with client third-party advisors for synergy with client goals
  • Partners with internal/external service providers for effectiveness/efficiency
  • Resolves problems as primary contact in timely/effective manner
  • Provides client information on current trends
  • Organizes, develops, and executes client reviews (e.g., annual reviews, quarterly updates) using Life360 process
  • Manages overall profitability of client relationships
  • Drives continuous improvement to deepen client relationships across Private Bank and Bancorp channels
  • Acts as primary point of contact for COI within Bank
  • Accountable for implementation of recommendations delivered to clients
  • Leads 90-day client onboarding process
  • Works with team members for alignment, information exchange, and shared objectives
