Responsibilities

  • Develops and prospects internal and external centers of influence to build and cultivate a pipeline of new client opportunities
  • Utilizes Life360 Discovery process to profile clients, spot needs, and generate opportunities in AUM, loans, deposits, estate planning, and wealth planning
  • Acts as Core Team Member for One Bank to identify opportunities with new and existing bank customers
  • Monitors and evaluates client needs to expand and deepen household relationships
  • Manages execution of client service standards to develop and retain lasting client relationships
  • Institutes habits to coordinate team delivery of Private Bank experience standards
  • Collaborates with customized team of specialists to deliver high-quality client service
  • Ensures service standards and metrics are met based on needs, segmentation, asset allocation, and risk management
  • Identifies and refers opportunities for advanced planning solutions
  • Coordinates with client third-party advisors to ensure synergy with client goals
  • Partners with internal and external service providers to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
  • Resolves client problems as primary contact in a timely and effective manner
  • Provides clients with information on current trends
  • Organizes, develops, and executes client reviews (e.g., annual reviews, quarterly updates) using Life360 to articulate and achieve client goals
  • Manages overall profitability of client relationships
  • Records process information timely in CRM regarding status and activities
  • Drives continuous improvement to deepen client relationships through Private Bank and Bancorp channels
  • Acts as primary point of contact for centers of influence within the bank
  • Leads implementation of recommendations delivered to clients
  • Leads the 90-day client onboarding process
  • Works with team members to align, exchange information, and meet shared objectives
  • Addresses developmental needs and knowledge gaps
