Professional Engineer (PE) license
6+ years of experience working on water/wastewater projects, funding agencies, and regulatory agencies

Responsibilities

Facilitate the development, direction, and completion of complex water and wastewater projects
Directly manage project teams and ensure client expectations are met
Prepare and manage budgets, bids, contracts, funding requests, and communication plans
Manage a diverse portfolio of project types, including water main improvements, wells, water towers, water treatment facilities, wastewater lift stations, sewer mains, and wastewater treatment facilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Lead the implementation of projects primarily with municipalities, focusing on their water and wastewater needs
Consult with clients and secure funding to deliver successful projects that meet client expectations and JEO’s financial goals
