Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field
Preferable executive specialized in courier service/logistics background
A good team player, able to lead warehouse team
Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office application and Email
Ability to work extra hours if necessary
Ability to solve problems and interact with personnel of various departments
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good coordination and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Plan and monitor cold chain warehouse operations, e.g., inbounding/outbounding
Ensure parcels are processed within customer required temperature
Responsible for cold chain parcel recovery (damage, missing, RTS, etc.)
Possess knowledge of cold chain warehouse work procedures and processes
Monitor warehouse team KPI
Schedule workload equally to the sorters
Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks
Liaise with other departments such as customer service, project management and fleet operation to ensure smooth warehouse operation
Complete and maintain paperwork required for inbound and outbound materials
Coordinate usage of inbound and outbound materials such as ice plate and cooler box
Keep attendance records for the sort team for payroll process
Keep the warehouse area safe, clean and organized through regular inspection
