Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant first line warehouse leadership experience
  • Dutch and English required
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel); experience with ERP-software is a plus (preferably SAP)
  • Able to get results under pressure, punctual, good organizer, and people coach

Responsibilities

  • People management of warehouse team: end responsible for operational manufacturing shift activities
  • Ownership of department people development, review, and goal setting; follow-up on job classification: evaluate and develop operators in collaboration with the internal trainer
  • Ownership of daily shift prioritization and work balancing
  • Engagement ownership of team supported by HR tools; promoter of DBS tools and ongoing drive for improvement of day-to-day team performance
  • End result ownership of warehouse team
  • Inventory management: ensure appropriate transactions in SAP for all material movements; execute weekly and yearly cycle counts and understand results
  • MRB zone: ensure all rejected or on-hold materials are moved to the MRB zone
  • E&O: ensure all expired goods are moved to the MRB zone and inform required people
  • Warehouse management - Inbound: receiving supplier deliveries, WIP returning from OSP, hardware rentals, etc
  • Warehouse management - Outbound: filling and shipping customer orders with required accuracy and documents, shipping production orders to OSP, satisfying internal shipping requests (e.g., engineering requests), etc
