The starting wage is $27.71 per hour, increasing to $31.81 after 2 years, $33.21 after 3 years, and $37.49 after 4 years. Employees are also eligible for night shift premiums and performance-based incentives or bonuses.
The position is full-time, 4 days per week with typically 10-hour shifts starting at 3:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. It includes working most statutory holidays with floater time off in lieu that can be booked like vacation.
Candidates must be 18+ years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, read/write/communicate effectively in English, and pass pre-employment testing including background check and physical abilities test. Warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
