Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years related experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
  • Possess basic written communication skills
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic math and basic PC skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced and noisy environment with constant movement
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight

Responsibilities

  • Receiving inbound material from outside suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations
  • Handling stocks received material, as well as completed products and assemblies from in-house production
  • Picking materials, components and end products and delivering them to Production or shipping
  • Perform cycle counts
  • Prepare component kits for production, filling orders and supplier subcontract parts
  • Support receiving operations with putaway processes and knowledge on ERP SAP
