Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years related experience
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Possess basic written communication skills
- Ability to apply concepts of basic math and basic PC skills
- Ability to work in fast paced and noisy environment with constant movement
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight
Responsibilities
- Receiving inbound material from outside suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations
- Handling stocks received material, as well as completed products and assemblies from in-house production
- Picking materials, components and end products and delivering them to Production or shipping
- Perform cycle counts
- Prepare component kits for production, filling orders and supplier subcontract parts
- Support receiving operations with putaway processes and knowledge on ERP SAP
