Responsibilities

负责入/出库组整体工作（员工效率、培训及管理等） (Responsible for overall inbound/outbound team operations including employee efficiency, training, and management)
客户送货预约的管理及现场调度 (Management of customer delivery appointments and on-site scheduling)
参与卸货、验收、上架等现场作业 (Participate in unloading, inspection, shelving, and other on-site operations)
对接客户处理入库环节所有异常反馈及沟通 (Interface with customers to handle all异常 feedback and communication in inbound processes)
增值服务（如贴标及商品加工等） (Value-added services such as labeling and product processing)
跟踪和管理库存 (Track and manage inventory)
检查仓库，保持仓库清洁和安全 (Inspect warehouse and keep it clean and safe)
管理仓库员工 (Manage warehouse staff)
评估绩效指标，确保交付质量和具有成本效益的工作流程 (Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient workflows)
Ensure daily operations meet and exceed performance metrics
Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order assembly, packaging, and dispatch of goods
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage inventory levels
Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve productivity
Train new employees on warehouse processes and equipment operation
Resolve any issues or discrepancies with inventory or shipments promptly
