Requirements

Minimum 5+ years comprehensive warehouse operations/logistics experience with at least 2+ years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of forklift and other warehouse equipment
Possess knowledge of MS Office products and ERP systems
High school diploma or GED required, bachelor degree preferred
Must be able to stand for more than half time, in addition to walking/stooping/kneeling/climbing
Must be able to maneuver products that weigh up to 100 pounds with mechanical assistance

Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse associates and daily operations including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping of medical devices and components
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and On Time Delivery (OTD)
Works to resolve escalated customer issues and initiate actions to ensure timely customer satisfaction
Works with Quality and Regulatory Affairs on compliance and temperature controls for shipping products while demonstrating a commitment to safety and complying with Legal Regulations
Key contributor in setting up and maintaining Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ)
Ensures adherence to and maintains Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) Certification
Oversee freight carrier updates with vendors and equipment maintained for warehouse processing
