Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years comprehensive warehouse operations/logistics experience with at least 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of forklift and other warehouse equipment
  • Possess knowledge of MS Office products and ERP systems
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor degree preferred
  • Must be able to stand for more than half time, in addition to walking/stooping/kneeling/climbing
  • Must be able to maneuver products that weigh up to 100 pounds with mechanical assistance

Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse associates and daily operations including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping of medical devices and components
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and On Time Delivery (OTD)
  • Works to resolve escalated customer issues and initiate actions to ensure timely customer satisfaction
  • Works with Quality and Regulatory Affairs on compliance and temperature controls for shipping products while demonstrating a commitment to safety and complying with Legal Regulations
  • Key contributor in setting up and maintaining Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ)
  • Ensures adherence to and maintains Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) Certification
  • Oversee freight carrier updates with vendors and equipment maintained for warehouse processing
