Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience as an executive or extensive experience working with executives in a strategic capacity, demonstrating proficiency in thinking about problems within a business context and utilizing data to support their claims. Applicants should also be comfortable with the topics covered in the curriculum, including data analysis, strategic planning, effective communication and presentation, visualization, storytelling, and storylining.

Responsibilities

As a Waitlist Mentor, you will provide a minimum of 1 hour per week of personalized 1-on-1 guidance to students participating in the Strategy and Insights for Data-Driven Executives workshop, assisting them with questions, project work, and career advice through weekly video calls. You will also contribute to the program by engaging in a weekly engagement session with an engagement manager to review collaborative group projects, and you will be expected to leverage your expertise to help students develop data-driven recommendations for executives, crafting compelling narratives, and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks related to strategy development.
