Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or vaccine manufacturing and quality operations. A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in regulatory compliance and quality management, along with proven leadership experience including team management and participation in leadership committees, is required. A PhD in a relevant scientific discipline and strong knowledge of CMC and regulatory requirements are preferred.

Responsibilities

The VP R&D Quality will develop and implement the R&D Quality Management System to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements. This role involves providing strategic oversight for quality across the R&D pipeline, including CMC development and clinical batch release, and managing quality risks across R&D. Responsibilities include leading issue management, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive quality strategies, building and leading a high-performing team, and representing R&D Quality in governance bodies.
