Responsibilities

  • Lead the overhaul of the platform to enable full self-service and smooth partner implementation, reducing reliance on internal teams while maintaining a competitive edge
  • Develop and implement a detailed roadmap that balances immediate customer needs with long-term strategic goals, ensuring ahead of competition
  • Collaborate closely with AI/ML, Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align product strategy with customer touchpoints and business objectives
  • Build, lead, and grow the Product team, establish scalable product management processes, and foster a customer-first culture
  • Lead customer research initiatives and create feedback loops using data, analytics, and direct input to inform product choices
  • Work closely with engineering leaders on architecture decisions, translating customer needs into actionable requirements with a business-focused outlook
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, analyze market trends, and design strategic responses to position the product advantageously
  • Act as the CEO’s primary product partner, providing updates, shaping business strategy, and driving product-related decision-making
  • Develop frameworks and features that empower customers and partners to succeed independently of internal teams
  • Define and monitor key product metrics, implement analytics systems, and use insights to optimize features and demonstrate business impact
