Requirements

Responsibilities

As the VP of Operations at Tint, you will engage directly with customers and the founding team, playing a crucial role in the early-stage development of the startup and establishing a robust operational excellence culture, while also assembling a high-performing operations team. You will lead Customer Support, Claims, Agency Operations, and Legal & Compliance, develop and formalize SOPs and processes to enable Tint’s scaling, create a vision and scale the Operations function utilizing AI agents, monitor KPIs, support the full lifecycle of new product offerings, and collaborate across functions to prioritize and execute operations initiatives effectively.
