Strategic leadership in developing and executing network and cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals
Ability to define technology roadmaps for network and cybersecurity services, ensuring integration, scalability, and user adoption
Expertise in driving adoption of modern technologies like AI, automation, and emerging tools for security and performance
Experience establishing governance frameworks, security protocols, and compliance measures for data protection and regulatory adherence
Skills in championing user experience (UX), employee engagement, and providing intuitive, secure network solutions
Proficiency in vendor and partner management, including negotiating contracts and overseeing SLAs
Strong cross-functional collaboration with IT, HR, Communications, and Business Units
Capability to lead change management initiatives, including training, communication, and continuous improvement
Financial acumen for budgeting, staffing, expense management, and ensuring schedules meet company requirements
Experience in day-to-day operational support, including leading IT teams in system design, development, implementation, and ongoing support
Ability to evaluate and recommend hardware platforms and software packages
Skills in communicating project status to senior management and prioritizing system modifications/updates
Direct supervisory experience, including setting goals, providing performance feedback, and conducting annual appraisals

Responsibilities

Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the company's network infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives
Ensure network reliability, performance, and security while protecting against cyber threats
Align network and cybersecurity operations with business goals and regulatory requirements through cross-functional work
Provide strategic leadership to communicate company mission and values, effecting positive change and organizational structure
Drive adoption of modern network and cybersecurity technologies
Establish governance frameworks, security protocols, and compliance measures
Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee implementation and SLAs
Work closely with IT, HR, Communications, and Business Units to align initiatives with organizational needs
Lead change management for technology adoption
Define KPIs, measure effectiveness of tools and initiatives, and report on impact and improvements
Control planning, staffing, budgeting, and expense priorities with organizational responsibility
Work with executives to lead IT teams in system design, development, implementation, and support
Evaluate and recommend hardware/software for revenue management systems
Communicate project status to senior management regularly
Prioritize and provide cost-effective solutions for system modifications and updates
Provide direct supervision to Enterprise Systems staff, including goal-setting, feedback, and annual performance appraisals
